At the 2022 edition of Cersaie, the world’s preeminent exhibition of ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings, naturalistic was the name of the game. Earthy hues, warm tones, and botanical patterns were evident throughout the show while new types of natural material looks presented an element of wonder and surprise.

Cersaie Digital: a virtual meeting and business venue

Cersaie Digital is Cersaie’s new digital platform. With features such as an exhibitor catalogue, a business matching service, a 3D map and a congress centre, it allows professionals to meet up and do business remotely.

Cersaie Upstairs, a new thematic walkway hosting contract design firms

This year’s Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings to be held in Bologna from 26 to 30 September, will feature an additional level with new spaces and functions. A new thematic walkway connecting Galleries 21/22 and 25/26 and hosting contract design firms.

The ISO 17889-1 standard certifies the sustainability of Italian ceramic tiles

Approved in 2018, it is a unique, international standard for evaluating the environmental, economic and social impact of ceramic tiles.

One month to Cersaie 2022

With Cersaie 2022 less than a month away, preparations are in full swing for an edition of the show (the 39th) that will be “business as usual” in every respect. There will be 15 halls filled with exhibitors; non-Italian companies will make up almost 40% of the total; and the available 140,000 square metre floor space will be fully occupied.
