At the 2022 edition of Cersaie, the world’s preeminent exhibition of ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings, naturalistic was the name of the game. Earthy hues, warm tones, and botanical patterns were evident throughout the show while new types of natural material looks presented an element of wonder and surprise.

Centro Ceramico’s newly renovated headquarters in Sassuolo will be officially opened on 3 November. The premises have been extensively refurbished with large-scale use of ceramic slabs to improve the usability and aesthetics of the laboratories and other spaces.

The ISO 17889-1 standard certifies the sustainability of Italian ceramic tiles

Approved in 2018, it is a unique, international standard for evaluating the environmental, economic and social impact of ceramic tiles.

Wincer, ceramic tiles with 85% recycled materials

Thanks to the Wincer project, it is now possible to produce ceramic tiles with materials originating from municipal and industrial waste.
