Antony Hotel, a 4-star hotel with more than 100 rooms, is just a few minutes from the beautiful city of Venice, conveniently located between Venice Airport and the city’s old town. The hotel, newly renovated with all the modern comforts, offers its guests a large 25-square-metre panoramic terrace, where they can enjoy a fantastic view of the lagoon and of the city of Venice.
Impertek Srl, a company from the province of Venice specialising in construction and in the production of adjustable supports for outdoor floors, which are completely Made in Italy with recycled materials that can be recycled again, took part in the construction of this panoramic terrace with porcelain stoneware flooring, measuring 40×120 mm.
PEDESTAL LINE, the extensive range of supports and accessories, offers an infinite variety of solutions for all types of building sites, from terraces on pre-existing floors that do not require demolition to swimming pool edges on sand or gravel, as well as walkways on sheath or synthetic waterproofing membrane and the creation of pedestrian areas in public spaces even on water effects or fountains.
Impertek’s adjustable supports range from heights of 10 to 1020 mm with capacities up to 1,000 kg per support. Specific slope levellers, a product designed for millimetric adjustment even when installation is underway and the Balance self-levelling heads, that correct up to 5% of slope of the installation surface ensuring a perfectly levelled upper flooring, both with stone and ceramic tiles and with wood decking.
The distinctive orange-coloured Anti-shock rubber absorbs noise, making it easier to soundproof the floors and, thanks to key accessories such as the Clips, stoneware tile steps, seamlessly integrated into the floor, can be built in no time as well as the vertical fixing on a completely invisible wall, thus avoiding more complex processes with poor aesthetic results.
