Florim international openings

After Milan, New York and Moscow, Florim announces the opening of new Flagship Stores in the top international design centres. These will be corporate showrooms for strategic markets, confirming the Group’s determination to continually strengthen its bond with architecture professionals, to promote made in Florim beauty and style worldwide.

These major investments are part of a clearly defined strategy of establishing ties with the big architecture firms, and promoting Florim ceramic products and the use of large slabs – both for traditional covering applications and for the world of furniture.

The Singapore Flagship Store (63 Mohamed Sultan Road, #01-14 Sultan LINK – Singapore 239002) will be the next location to open, on 29 November this year. Further openings are planned for 2020.

“We began transforming what everyone thought was just a tile into a vital design tool more than 50 years ago,” Florim Ceramiche Chairman Claudio Lucchese explains, “and now the time is ripe to spread and share our experience and passion at the global level. Florim is not a ceramic coverings firm that aims to give its products design connotations; it is a design firm that produces ceramic materials”. The network of new openings therefore fits perfectly into this approach.

The individual showrooms are designed with the company’s usual supreme attention to detail and host all the Group’s different brands (Floor Gres, Rex, Casa dolce casa – Casamood, Cerim, CEDIT – Ceramiche d’Italia and FLORIM stone). Occupying prestige sites, these locations are intended to meet the needs of architects all over the world, and are styled to reflect the key concepts of the Florim Gallery in Fiorano Modenese.

The new Flagship Stores, developed using the design philosophy already adopted in Milan, New York and Moscow, are not merely places where the products can be displayed but also, and above all, a place for meeting and dialoguing with architects and interior designers.
