Dot is Andrea Maffeis interpretation of concrete, the material that he believes best defines modern architecture. An exposed concrete without wood patterns, the only distinctive feature being the dot left by the mould on the concrete. Dot makes concrete available to everyone, drawing inspiration from a common material that nonetheless is rarely found in standard buildings with this level of architectural sophistication.
