Reaching up to the sky…

ATLAS CONCORDE
2021
With its beaches, dunes, alleyways, small squares and lagoon, the enchanting town of Caorle just outside Venice is the perfect place to enjoy long walks in an atmosphere reminiscent of Venice itself but with a slower pace and even more intriguing views.
Known as “Small Venice”, it recently saw the opening of a four-star superior luxury hotel following an interesting restyling project that also involved redevelopment of the nearby square.
The One Hotel & Apartments offers 74 rooms of different categories as well as 18 family suites, many of which overlook the sea. With its common spaces open not only to tourists but also to the city’s residents, The One offers a wide range of outstanding facilities, including a first-class restaurant, the highly atmospheric Sky Bar by Pommery, a wellness area with spa and gym, and a breathtaking top-floor infinity pool that seems to flow directly into the blue of the sea. Large glass windows, transparent balconies and panoramic lifts offer views of the landscape, creating a luminous dialogue between the hotel and its surroundings.
Light, space, air… the entire complex stands out for its elegant sobriety, its neutral, bright colours and top-quality materials and furnishings together with the overall sense of space conferred by the skilfully executed architectural and interior design project. An important contribution to the harmony and character of all rooms is provided by the ceramic surfaces from Atlas Concorde chosen for both the floors and walls. Marble-effect porcelain tiles from the Marvel Pro collection chosen in the Cremo Delicato colour were used for the entrance area and the guest rooms. These surfaces stand out for their material look and feel with veins that closely resemble those of natural marble both visually and to the touch. The choice of a matt finish also creates a more modern mood than that of classic high gloss surfaces. Also used for the wall tiles in the reception area, this material not only delivers excellent durability but also brings an elegant and sophisticated touch to the rooms and contrasts with the vivid colours of some of the furnishing elements. The spectacular three-dimensional tiles chosen for the bathroom walls also create eye-catching and vibrant surfaces thanks to the interplay of light and shadow.
The surfaces chosen for the fitness area, the panoramic terrace with heated swimming pool and all the outdoor spaces instead opt for the timeless appeal of limestone, perfectly reproduced in the large 60×120 cm slabs from the Lims collection, also by Atlas Concorde, chosen in the colour Desert.
