Ceramica Fondovalle’s recent change of leadership reflects its ongoing commitment to investments in products, processes and people. After 30 years at the helm of the company, Maurizio Baraldi has handed over the reins as CEO to Massimo Barbari while staying on as chairman.
Considered the ideal figure to continue the company’s process of innovation, Massimo Barbari boasts many years of experience in the ceramic sector, where he has held a number of executive positions and acquired wide-ranging managerial experience.
“I am thrilled with this appointment and have accepted with great enthusiasm,” says Barbari. “I hope and trust that I will be able to make a concrete contribution to the company’s continued development.”
